Ursula Halligan, the political editor for Ireland’s TV channel TV3, has finally shared her story and come out to the world.
Any “coming out” takes courage, confidence and integrity and for a woman who has lived for years holding her secret close to her chest in fear of homophobic backlash and social rejection, her bravery is immense.
