Yesterday, Irish rockers D-Day released their new hard-hitting single ‘Misunderstood’. D-Day are a good old fashioned Rock ‘n’ Roll band with clear influences from the likes of The Rolling Stones and The Who with a small streak of brit-pop. They released their self-titled EP back in 2014 and from then on began to make a name for themselves playing Roisin Dubh, Fibbers and the Carrickmacross Music and Arts Festival.
D-Day will be launching ‘Misunderstood’ in The Loft Venue in Seven Bar, Galway on Friday the 14th October. The track was mixed by Mike Fraser (previously worked with Enter Shikari) and mastered by Adam Ayan (previously worked with Pearl Jam).
‘Misunderstood’ is wonderfully crafted and catchy; its a sign of good things to come. Check it out below:
